We actually bring back the question he always gets asked, “Dr James, what exercise is best?” And his answer has always been, “Whatever one you’ll do!” Which is true if you’re coming from a sedentary place.
But based on Dr Lyon’s research we’re now saying, you’ll serve your health best to give resistance training precedent over cardio. Both are best, but this is a strong case for resistance training taking a lead in the discussion.
