We continue our series on Emotional Power. In the last episode my guest expert was Dr. Julia DiGangi, a neuropsychologist who completed her residency at Harvard Medical School. Dr DiGangi is author of the new book, Energy Rising: The Neuroscience of Leading with Emotional Power, and we discussed How To Discover & Correct Your Self-Limiting Patterns.

Today I brought Britt Frank back onto the show to go deeper with the discussion. I did a series on anxiety with Britt you can find starting back in episode 1197. Britt is a licensed neuropsychotherapist and trauma expert who is trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems) and SE (Somatic Experiencing). She is a speaker and an award-winning adjunct instructor at the University of Kansas, where she’s taught classes on ethics, addiction, and clinical social work.

Her book which was the muse for our series together, is, The Science of Stuck: Breaking Through Inertia To Find Your Path Forward
