I asked to hear from people who were out of shape and possibly ill…and got fit and healthy, and what was the catalyst for them.

What triggered them to finally make change and commit to it?

Dr James and I talked through comments that included, chronic back pain and back injury, weight gain due to health problems and medication, committing to health due to responsibility to family, and not wanting to be a future burden to family, spinal surgery recovery, and family history of heart attacks.

The discussion was rich on what caused these folks to take big action on their health and we didn’t get to half the responses and will continue in the next episode.

This should give many of some significant inspiration and equipping, to make any big changes you may be looking for in your health and wellness.
