How to breathe.

Isn’t that odd. I, like you, figured I knew how.

For 50 years I’ve been breathing air in and continuing to live. I was a pro cyclist and seemed to breathe pretty proficiently.

What more do I need to know? Turns out there is a lot to know if we want to be fully functioning.
